Spray Tanning

  • Never! Our tans have purple and green undertones to eliminate any red and orange.

  • Women can wear anything they want, or nothing at all. While male clients are required to wear underwear, many women go fully nude to avoid a tan line while some people like the tan lines!

  • 1-2 weeks, every time you shower it will lighten slightly, you wont notice it coming off!

  • Your tan will not be blotchy as long as you keep your skin hydrated. Drink lots of water and moisturize.

    If your skin is dry and flaky your tan will flake off!

  • Yes, many clients do a tan for a beach vacation.

  • It is recommended to do your mani/pedi before your tan but if you need to do it after, we recommend you do a waterless mani/pedi. Do not soak your hands or feet and avoid any scrubbing or oils.

  • Express tans can be rinsed off in as little as 2 hours. The longer you leave it on the darker it will be, with a max rinse time of 4 hours for a dark tan. The regular tan is an 8+ hour rinse. You can leave it on overnight and it won’t get darker.

  • 2-3 days!

  • Your tan should not stain anything after your rinse. To be save avoid any light-colored clothes until your first soap shower!

  • Yes, some of our clients want a super dark tan while others want a natural glow and we can help you achieve either of those!

  • Yes, you can still tan but you can still burn. Apply sunscreen to avoid burning and peeling.

  • 2-3 days! We recommend doing a trail at least 2-3 weeks before your wedding.

  • While all our products are all natural and we service many pregnant clients, we always recommend asking your doctor.

  • The full appointment will take less than 30 minutes including setup.

Teeth Whitening

  • Everyone’s teeth are different. It depends on your genetics and how you take care of your teeth as well as what you eat & drink. Many clients do another whitening after 6-9 months for maintenance but it can even last a few years.

  • The full appointment will take about 1 hour.

  • While everyone is different and we can never be sure, from our experience most clients feel little to no sensitivity. Many clients say they tried other whitenings in the past and experienced pain/sensitivity but were amazed about how painless this whitening is!

  • While all our products are all natural and made with organic ingredients we always advise you speak to your doctor.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, the whitening will not damage the crown/veneer. Keep in mind the veneer/crown will go back to its original color and won’t ever be whiter than that

Laser Hair Removal

  • For most of our clients, it doesn’t hurt but it all depends on your threshold for pain.

  • Yes, The USDA approved it as a safe method for hair removal in 1997.

  • For some people it is permanent. For some, you will require touch ups every 6-12 months or many even more rare.

  • In most cases you will need 6-12 sessions. These treatments will be spread out 4-8 weeks In between. The waiting period is necessary to target every hair follicle while it’s in an active stage of the growth cycle.

  • For the laser hair removal to be effective, you can only shave in between your sessions. No tweezing, no waxing.

  • No, it doesn’t work on blonde or gray hair.

  • Basically, anything except eyelids and anything too close to the eye area.

  • NO.

  • You will start to see less hair after 2-3 sessions, it might take longer to grow back or it might be patchy.

  • Product Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products, but unfortunately all sales are final once items have been delivered. If you received a damaged item during shipping, please contact us within 7 days by emailing info@glow2gonyc.com with a photo of the damaged product(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item(s), we will promptly ship out a replacement if available, at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the damaged item(s), minus any original shipping costs.

    Service Appointments: All service appointments are non-refundable once the appointment is completed. However, we aim to ensure your full satisfaction. If there are any issues or concerns regarding the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment by emailing info@glow2gonyc.com. Our customer service team will review your situation and work with you to resolve any problems or make things right.

  • Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: At our company, we understand that sometimes schedules need to change. However, to ensure smooth operations, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all appointments.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled start time. This can be done by calling us at (718) 704-3389 or emailing info@glow2gonyc.com.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment will result in a full charge equivalent to the service fees for that appointment. This amount will be charged to the credit/debit card or other payment method we have on file for you.

    We enforce this policy strictly out of respect for our service professionals’ time and to ensure availability for other clients. Last minute cancellations are disruptive to our business operations.

    However, we will make every effort to accommodate true emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. We value your business and want to provide the best client experience possible. Open communication is appreciated to help us understand any extenuating circumstances.
